Parbati Hydroelectric Project

Encardio-rite executed the instrumentation and monitoring work for Parbati hydroelectric project (Stage-II). The project consisted of an 85 m high concrete gravity dam located in Himachal Pradesh to harness hydro potential of the lower reaches of river Parbati.

Encardio-rite supplied and installed ample number of sensors including a piezometer, uplift pore pressure sensor, strain gage, pressure cell, anchor bolt load cell, magnetic extensometer, seepage measurement device, reservoir water level recorder, borehole extensometer, portable readout units, automatic data acquisition system, seismographs, weather station. Specialized engineers provided installation and monitoring services.
