Dhauliganga Hydroelectric Project

Encardio Rite supplied and installed extensive geotechnical instrumentation for the Dhauliganga Hydroelectric Project, a concrete-faced rock-fill embankment dam located on the Dhauliganga River in Uttarakhand. The project featured critical instrumentation such as piezometers, hydrostatic overflow settlement gages, pressure cells, inclinometers, junction boxes, and extensometers. These advanced monitoring solutions ensure real-time data collection, allowing engineers to assess and maintain the structural integrity of the dam and spillway, enhancing long-term operational reliability.
