ICD Brookfield Place

Encardio Rite provided geotechnical instrumentation for monitoring surface and subsurface movements at ICD Brookfield Place, a 53-storey tower in Dubai’s DIFC district. The scope of work included installing and monitoring strain gauges, pressure cells, and settlement points to track raft movements and ground settlement. The project also involved monitoring shoring work using prism targets, with real-time data collection and reporting through an online database management system.
