Bajoli-Holi Hydroelectric Project
Bajoli-Holi HEP is 180 MW run-of-the-river power facility being constructed on the River Ravi in the Chamba district of the state Himachal Pradesh, India. The project consists of a 66 m high concrete gravity dam near Bajoli village, surface powerhouse, power intake structure, two inlet tunnels, two underground desanding chambers, headrace tunnel and two link tunnels. Water from HRT goes into surge shaft, pressure shaft, surface power house and tail race tunnel and finally back into River Ravi. The surface powerhouse complex consists of three units of 60 MW each.
Encardio-rite was awarded the complete sub-contract for the monitoring works. Encardio-rite turnkey scope of works included supply, installation, commissioning, calibration etc.
