Our values of commitment, oneness, respect, and ownership centered around the philosophy of Metasensing for Megastructures have been core to us while we took on the largest infrastructure project in the world, established reach in every continent, built the next generation of wireless dataloggers for our industry, developed competencies for remote sensing and are on the verge of launching the most disruptive software platform that we believe our Industry has been waiting for. Global Reach and Impact - 2023: A Year of Exponential Progress at Encardio RiteOur journey this year has been nothing short of extraordinary. Our footprint has expanded globally from the engineering marvel of India's Bogibeel Bridge to the intricate monitoring of the JFK Airport Microtunnel in North America. We've tackled unique challenges in LATAM with projects like the TCP Second Expansion Project and the Panama Metro Line 3, showcasing our adaptability in diverse environments. Our expertise in Mine and Tailing Dam monitoring has helped several stakeholders in Mexico.
The Middle East saw us innovating in challenging projects like The Line in Neom, Hatta Dam, and Al Ulha, while in Africa, Southeast Asia, APAC, and Europe, our projects ranged from urban developments to addressing environmental sustainability and geological complexities.
Our services ranged from complete turnkey project management, installation and supply, and data reporting to surveying and remote sensing.

Revolutionizing Industry Standards - Global Reach and Impact - 2023: A Year of Exponential Progress at Encardio RiteOur technological advancements have set new industry benchmarks. Proqio, our infrastructure data intelligence platform, has redefined how stakeholders experience their data and control their asset monitoring. NexaWave dataloggers have become pivotal in modern infrastructure monitoring, offering high-performance data acquisition with their easy-to-use plug-and-play modules and mass compatibilities.
A specific application we did mass R&D on was our Bridge Monitoring Solutions, including developing specialized sensors for scour and corrosion monitoring and GNSS technology and dynamic strain gauge for bridge safety monitoring.
Geohub, our AI Large Language Model GPT, is a testament to our commitment to integrating cutting-edge technology into our operations, enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency. Furthermore, it is a platform for stakeholders to dive deep into anything related to infrastructure health monitoring, geotechnical or geodetic.
We launched our Groundbreakers Podcast Series, which delves into industry insights. It serves as a platform and community for discussing the latest trends, innovations, and challenges in the field, aiming to educate and inspire professionals through knowledge sharing and expert experiences.
A big step for us towards achieving our mission of increasing production to 5x was the inauguration of our third electron beam welding machine.
Lastly, in preparation for 2024, we are also launching Infinitus: The total asset safety solution integrating metasensing, monitoring, and visualization for infrastructure. It has five steps: Data Collection, Data Integration, Data Analysis and Understanding, Risk Assessment and Alarm Management System, and continuous monitoring.
Cultivating Knowledge and Growth and Expanding Horizons:
2023 was also a year of cultivating a strong, unified company culture through initiatives like ENJOY and events such as Encardio One, our yearly strategic planning conference, Chairman’s Day, and Foundation Day. These programs have fostered a collaborative and innovative work environment and aligned our team with our strategic goals.
In addition, we launched our Learning Management System. We started our monthly Cross Collaborative Learning sessions to discuss our project learnings and new technologies along with our Guruwars, which are specific training sessions for our field engineers globally. We also launched our Newsletter, Monitoring Matters, and our internal AI policy and Innovation Newsletter.
Externally, Encardio Rite has participated in multiple conferences throughout the year, and our presence in publications, as well as our events and meetings with clients, showcases our continuous growth, innovation, and industry leadership.
