TopGolf Baltimore Site

Topgolf is building a new cutting-edge golf range near downtown Baltimore. Topgolf Baltimore will span nearly six acres in the Southern Gateway Entertainment District.

Monitoring was necessary to determine how much extra pore water pressure was dissipating beneath the fill zone in consolidating layers.

Rite Geosystems Inc. was entrusted to provide instrumentation including piezometer and real time monitoring results for the project.
