Oslo Metro

The Oslo Metro in Norway, a crucial rapid transit system, is expanding with the Fornebu extension, necessitating hydrogeological monitoring for safe construction. Encardio Rite, through its regional marketing associate, supplied nearly 70 geotechnical instruments, including rugged and slim piezometers with smart readout units. These tools provide essential data on groundwater levels and soil stability, supporting the secure expansion of Oslo’s 85 km metro network, which serves 101 stations across the city, ensuring a reliable and safe infrastructure for Norway’s capital.
